We charge a flat 30% fee on the candidate’s first year’s salary that we place with you. For example if you hired someone for $900 USD per month, their first year salary would be $10,800. Our fee would be 30% of that amount, or $3,240

While it varies from role to role the average time is around 3 weeks! 

We will replace your new hire free of charge an unlimited amount of times within the first 3 months. The guarantee starts from the day in which you sign the contract with your new hire.
